DIXON 72 "LAYSAN" (model 2017)
Built in only 2 unique units, this 72 footer designed by Mr Bill Dixon has been built late 2016 in Thailand by Serenity Shipyards.
The construction has been rigourous and the owner has supervised all stages of building : elegant design with a generous round cockpit, some long teak transoms and a nice clean deck, with 2 large trampolines forward and 4 spacious sunbath matresses.
Gennaker, self tacking solent, bow thruster, electric winches will help for easy maneuvring while you are in reduced crew, also with the 2 aft helmstations with comfortable benches.
Inside, she is simply beautiful ! The carpentry in light maple with glossy finish, the spacious salon offering a rectangular dining area on port side and a lounge corner on starboard ; forward under the front windshields, you have the navigation space , just behind the bar. The galley is central, down hull, and full stainless steel !
The 4 double cabins with heads ensuite + 2 superposed bunks will finish this layout, without forgetting the 2 bow peaks converted for crew.
A recent unit, with very few hours, who will fully satisfy the fans of refincement with comfort and performance !
